 Monitoring
¢º Monitor the activities of diverse governmental and civil institutions and individuals that are working for promoting the ideas of market economy and liberal democracy
¢º Whom to monitor: central and local institutions of government, the National Assembly, the Judicial authorities, the press, NGOs, etc.
 Actions
¢º Do researches, public relations, legislative petitions, collective activities with related groups to fix liberal democracy and market economy on our society.
¢º Ask governmental organizations, the National Assembly, the Judicature, political parties, NGOs to open information to the public.
¢º Explore a new model of civic activism through making the best of the Cyber space.
 Organization
¢º Prepare programs to teach citizens and students the principles of liberal democracy and free market and run the standing institutes to educate them.
¢º Organize local branches of CUBS
 Research
¢º Progress theoretical researches to prop up liberal civil society by organizing scholars who agree with the principles of liberal democracy and free market
¢º Push ahead with the plans of connecting universities and research institutes of business companies
 Public Relations
¢º Make the most of the mass media (newspapers, broadcasting, the Internet, etc.)
¢º Make known to the Netizens the activities of CUBS and the ideas of free civic society through making and managing a homepage Propagate the ideas of CUBS through subsidiary research institutes
¢º Publish brochures and newsletters
 Legislative Petition
¢º Propose legislative petitions on the basis of the research results of related institutions and of policy proposals of economic organizatons
¢º Propose substitute alternatives to vitalize the activities of the government and business and do legislative petitions to make realized the alternatives
 Coalitions
¢º Form and maintain close relations with coalition groups and friendly institutions
